Conjoint ("we," "us," or "our") runs conjoint.io. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We've tried to keep it plain and honest.

What we collect

When you sign up for the beta or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the name and email address you submit through those forms. We don't collect anything else about you unless you send it to us directly (for example, in an email or a study submission).

How your submissions are processed

Form submissions (beta signups and newsletter signups) are sent to forms.vectorfrog.com, a form-processing service operated by Vectorfrog. Vectorfrog handles the delivery and storage of these submissions on our behalf. We don't share this data with any other third party for marketing purposes, and we never sell it.

Analytics

We use a lightweight, privacy-conscious analytics script hosted at a.vectorfrog.com to understand how visitors use the site — things like which pages are viewed and how people arrive here. This helps us improve the site. It does not track you across other websites.

Payments

When paid studies are available, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles that directly and securely. Any billing information you provide is subject to Stripe's own privacy practices.

How we use your information

We use your name and email to contact you about the Conjoint beta, respond to questions, and share relevant product updates. We do not use your information for anything else, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. The only cookies in use are those required for basic analytics described above — we don't run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as it's useful for the purposes described above, or until you ask us to remove it. You can request that we delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll confirm once it's done.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
